Do I have to be a member to bid on items?
To register as a new user, click on Register at the top of the window. You will be asked for your name, a username and password, and contact information, including your email address. You must be at least 18 years of age to register. How can I ask the seller a question?
For questions about an item, please email the seller through the link at the top right of the auction, "Send Question to Seller". You must be logged in to send the seller a question. How can I add an item to my watch list?
There is a link at the top right side of each auction that allows you to add the item to your watch list. You will be notified of bids on the auction and you will be able to view it after it has closed. How do I pay for and receive my item?
Details on payment and delivery terms can be found in each auction. Generally you will be able to pick up your item from the Rabbit Rescue volunteer in charge of selling it and pay in cash at that time. Other options may be available including payment by Paypal and shipping (paid by buyer). For further details, please contact the seller. How do I leave feedback for the seller?
You can leave feedback for a seller using the link in your control panel, under the "My Account" tab. Is proxy, or automatic bidding, supported?
Yes! When you place a bid, you enter the maximum amount you're willing to pay for the item. Your maximum bid is kept confidential until it is exceeded by another bidder. Your bid will be raised automatically only as much as necessary to make sure that you remain the high bidder, or to meet the reserve price if there is one, up to your maximum amount. Can I be notified by email when new items are listed?
To be notified when a new item is listed simply log into the auction site, go to My Control Panel, go to Buying, go to Your Auction Watch and create a new keyword search for RR. All item titles contain the code RR (for Rabbit Rescue) and you will be notified by email when they are listed.
