Meet Fiona! She was found by a shelter in Quebec after being dumped in the woods. After her time almost ran out at the shelter she was saved by a wonderful Rabbit Rescue foster home. Since arriving into foster care, she is a big fan of naps, loves to stretch out her hind legs, and enjoys lots of hay and her pellets.
Fiona loves to rest her head on her dewlap, this is the largest dewlap many volunteers (and even her vet!) have seen, and it acts as the perfect pillow. Fiona is a large girl at 5.24kg; she is actually bigger than the cat in her foster home!
Fiona enjoys hopping around the house, and being pet outside her x-pen. She is a bit shy, doesn’t like quick movements, and prefers her x-pen to be left alone by her foster mom/dad. She uses her litter box and enjoys munching hay while using it. Fiona enjoys roaming the living room with the cat in her foster home.
Fiona is adorable and as she warms up to her new home, her foster family is looking forward to getting to know her better!
