Luna came to Rabbit Rescue after she’d been abandoned in the garbage room of a Toronto condo. She was saved by a concerned resident and then brought into foster care.

Luna is already proving to be a sweet, happy bunny that is enjoying running around her foster home and checking out her new surroundings. She loves to be petted and does excellent binkies when she is free roaming, especially when her foster humans are nearby! She is a fairly active rabbit that, once she has warmed up, is very friendly and outgoing. If you squat down to pet her, she will run in circles around your feet that eventually turn into binkies. She can also be a little “shadow” and will follow her foster mom from room to room!

Luna loves hay, and veggies, with romaine and cilantro being her favourites. Once a week she enjoys a slice of banana as a treat.

Luna is not yet spayed so her litter box skills are still a work in progress, but she is improving constantly, and her litter box skills will continue to improve when she is spayed. She would make an excellent candidate for free roaming in a bunproofed space.

If Luna sounds like the bun for you, apply to make her part of your forever family!
