Don’t let her adorable scowl fool you, Sage may look like she is judging your every move but she’s secretly a softie that loves to snuggle with blankets and get forehead kisses.
Sage is a tiny bun, but she has a big personality! One of her favourite activities is to burrow underneath blankets and move around. It’s quite adorable to watch! She does well in an x-pen overnight, but loves the chance to free roam and run around. She is happy to settle in for some pats, especially on her forehead. She will also climb on top of your back to get a better view of her surroundings!
Sage would do well bonded to a friendly or laid back male bun. She has great litter box skills.

How Sage came to Rabbit Rescue:
Sage arrived to a local shelter after being found dumped outside. She was spayed, and during the surgery they found a mass in her uterus that was likely cancer. X-rays were taken of her chest, and there is no evidence of metastasis. Thankfully, no other masses were noted. Her surgery should be curative and she will hopefully live a very long, happy life! However the shelter was unable to adopt her out, so she came to an RR foster home so she could find a forever home.
