Meet Pecan!
Pecan came to Rabbit Rescue from a local overcrowded shelter that needed help placing him in a foster home.
The first day in foster care, Pecan slept and ate and slept some more. Now that he is more settled, he’s already begun to come out of his shell. Pecan is still a more shy, reserved rabbit, but he is beginning to explore his environment. He does enjoy affection and being near people.
Pecan is the most active at night, and that is when he is full of energy. He will use that as his prime time to explore everywhere he can, even non-carpeted areas like the bathroom!
He does the most adorable flop naps, and finds the coziest spots (like the coffee table shelf) to stretch out and relax during the day.
One of Pecan’s favourite activities is sleeping, and he will always find new ways to get comfy for naptime!
Pecan has great litter box skills, with only a few stray poops outside of his litter box, though he is improving consistently since his neuter.
With a calm, friendly demeanour, Pecan would likely do well bonded to a friendly or outgoing female rabbit.
If Pecan sounds like the bun for you, apply to adopt him today!
