Tulip & Trillium came to Rabbit Rescue from a shelter in Quebec after they had been placed on a euthanasia list due to overcrowding and given only days to live. A foster home stepped forward and now Tulip & Trillium are happily settling into their new life!

Tulip & Trillium are very active rabbits that are always busy on their next adventure together. They love to run around and climb on surfaces to get a better view.

They are big fans of food, happily eating their hay, pellets, and greens. Their favourites are dill, cilantro and parsley. Their favourite treat is banana or apple that they get weekly as a treat.

The saying “opposites attact” is true for this duo!

Tulip is cautious about being petted, but she loves to play with her toys and will binky to show her happiness. Playtime with Trillium makes her binky extra, as does mealtime! Tulip is a high energy bun that prefers things on her own terms. She is particular about how her things are set up and will be sure to let you know if anything is out of place!

Trillium LOVES to be petted, gives so many kisses, and is a very sweet boy! He loves to play with toys and will binky all the time – when he is being fed, when his foster mom enters the room, and when he is playing with Tulip. He is a very social and outgoing rabbit with a lot of energy. Humans make an excellent jungle gym for Trillium. He is a gentle and lovely rabbit who always loves to play with Tulip.

They have a cat in their foster home that they are very curious and friendly with. Due to Tulip’s personality, she would do best in a home with only adults or with older children that are understanding of her boundaries.
