Mickey is a happy little bun that came from a shelter where he was running out of time.
Mickey is loving life in foster care, taking up new skills and hobbies. His favourite include bunstructing his box, hopping up and down the stairs, tossing around his stacking cups, and stealing paper from the recycling bin. He also has perfect litter box skills, never having an accident outside of his box! He’s also figured out how to open his x-pen from the outside if the door accidentally shuts and he needs to go back in to use his litter box. He’s one smart bun!
Mickey really loves his dog foster brother and sometimes they can be found doing little laps in the hallway together, or generally hanging out together in the same vicinity. Sometimes if Mickey is in a hurry, he will even run under his foster dog brother in order to get to wherever he’s going! He would get along well with dogs or cats that are relatively calm and respectful of his space.
Mickey will rest his paws on his foster parents’ legs when they are sitting with him, especially if he knows there is a treat involved. He’ll even get so excited, he’ll lick his foster mom’s pants!
Mickey is a sweet boy, who allows himself to be picked up as needed (like for nail trims) and doesn’t even mind a snuggle when being held. He is a big fan of full body rubs and is not shy about demanding pats if you stop paying attention to him. He is always very happy to get forehead kisses.
Mickey’s foster parents think he would love to have a bunny friend to snuggle and kiss. If you’ve got a lonely girl bun looking for a boy bun to bond her to, consider Mickey!
