Toast is a beautiful and sweet chestnut Holland Lop. She is 4 years old and recently came into foster care after being rescued from a shelter in Quebec where her time had run out.
Toast has adjusted quickly to her new surroundings by doing lots of exploring, flopping, zoomies and binkies. She does enjoy having a place or two to hide and will often nap under foster mom’s desk. She LOVES pets and has a strong preference for your face and her face to be smooshed together. Almost any type of physical contact will win you all the happy tooth purring and often some face kisses. Toast’s foster mom has been loving all the floor snuggles and the occasional couch snuggle too.
Toast is an excellent hay eater and enjoys her pellets. This girl loves salad and so far has been devouring parsley, cilantro, and romaine. She is a hilariously messy little eater!
Toast has great litter habits with every pee making it in the box. She does like to scatter a couple poops in her enclosure but that may also be temporary while she settles in to a new place. Toast is just the right amount of sassy– she will boldy nudge your limbs out of her way and will pick up slippers to throw instead of just hopping over or around them but she is a very gentle bun. She has not chewed a single thing that she wasn’t supposed to, likes to be brushed, and tolerates physical exams well. As you may have guessed, Toast is a dream bunny!
